Each client receives coordinated and customized care to help them become as independent as possible. Our nurses provide expert care for clients being discharged from acute care or those with complex needs. In addition to nursing care, we offer attendant care to help support our clients’ daily activities.

Understanding In-Home Care

Accord Services provides nursing care based on your physician’s recommendations. Your care team will include one or a combination of the following caregiver types, based on your care plan:

  • Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA)–provides assistance with daily living activities, such as feeding, bathing, and getting dressed
  • Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)–provides skilled care, including handling bowel and bladder needs and medication administration
  • Registered Nurse (RN)–provides advanced skilled care, including managing medicine administration

We individually matching clients and care providers based on skill set, personal compatibility, and other criteria. All Accord Services nurses and staff are required to abide by a comprehensive set of rules which are in place to ensure your health and safety.
